The Fleeca Job is GTA Online's first proper two-person score, and it still does a good job of showing new crews how heists work. Added with the Heists Update in March 2015, it sends players after a small Fleeca branch on the Great Ocean Highway. It's worth doing early: finishing it opens the door to later jobs and unlocks the Armored Kuruma at its trade price. For players looking at GTA 5 Accounts, this mission is also a handy way to learn the teamwork that bigger scores demand. Since the July 2022 payout changes, a Hard run can pay as much as $250,250 before any weekly bonus is factored in.
Start with the recon work
The first setup feels more like a lesson than a shootout. Lester has the pair take his Declasse Asea to the branch, where you get a look at the place and learn that deposit box 167 is the real target. From there, it's off to Darnell Bros to collect Paige Harris and the gear. On the ride back to the apartment in a Granger, the passenger gets time with VLSI Circuit Breaker 2.0. Don't rush this bit. The little signal maze comes back during the score, and a few practice attempts make the real breach much less stressful.
Pick up the Kuruma
The next job is all about getting the right car. A hostile crew has an Armored Kuruma parked at the top of a Del Perro garage, so drive up, put on masks, and clear the floor. The delivery matters more than people think. Bring the Kuruma back in decent shape, because it's your shelter once the police response kicks off.
Let the better driver handle the garage exit.
Use cover on the upper floor instead of running into open fire.
Keep the Kuruma moving when the escape begins.
Split the jobs inside
On the way to the branch, the Driller works through three Circuit Breaker stages on the phone to open the vault remotely. Once you arrive, both players head in fast. The Driver stays in the lobby, destroys the four cameras with the pump shotgun, and keeps pressure on the staff and witnesses. Meanwhile, the Driller goes straight for box 167. The drilling section is simple once you get the feel for it: ease the bit forward, back off when the heat rises, then work through all four pins. Holding the trigger too hard just burns time.
Make the coastal escape
When the bonds are secured, get outside and head north along the highway. Police cars will block parts of the road, but the Armored Kuruma can push through without turning the run into a long gunfight. Near Fort Zancudo, Eddie Toh waits overhead in a Cargobob with an electromagnet. Match the helicopter's pace and place the car beneath it. Players who buy cheap GTA 5 Accounts can still use this mission as solid practice, because that pickup is all about timing, not luck. Once the Kuruma is lifted clear, the score is complete.
